With a 1.75mm filament you can print through smaller nozzles more easily, allowing a higher quality print especially for smaller items.
ABS is a tough, strong plastic with a high resistance to ambient temperatures. It is ideally suited to printing objects that you expect to take some punishment in use.
ABS retains some flexibility after printing so it can be worked on further after the intial printing process.
The downside to ABS filament is that it is not well-suited to printing sharp edges or fine details.
Choose ABS filament if you want to print objects with a practical use, rather than decorative objects.
