Description

3D printer filament made from ABS and coloured gold.

1.75mm filaments can print through much smaller nozzles and provide you with higher resolution prints.

About ABS:

If you need a plastic that is durable, tough and resistant to high ambient temperatures then ABS filaments are ideal; they're excellent for printing items that will see regular use and need to stand up to a lot of punishment.

However, ABS is not ideal for printing decorative items as it does not print fine edges or details very well. ABS is best for printing items that have a practical, rather than aesthetic purpose.

ABS will retain some of its flexibility after printing meaning you can work on it further with relative ease.

Some items commonly made from ABS:

  • Car bumpers.
  • Small kitchen appliances.
  • Protective casing for electronic devices.
