Description

3D printing filament made from pink ABS plastic.

The small diameter of a 1.75mm filament allows you to use smaller nozzles and produce higher resolution prints.

About ABS:

With an ABS filament you get a plastic that's sturdy, tough and resistant to high ambient temperatures. This makes it ideal for making objects that are intended for repeated use and expected to take a fair bit of punishment.

ABS does not print finer details very well so it is less suited to printing decorative objects; stick to using ABS for practical items rather than decorative ones.

ABS remains flexible after printing, making it easier to work with.

Common uses for ABS:

  • Plastic plumbing.
  • Protective casing for electronic devices.
  • Plastic trim on cars.
