My order was completed but I want to change part of it. How can I do that?

Changing an order is only possible if the warehouse hasn't already begun processing it.

With our advanced pick/pack and logistics systems we process standard orders very quickly. Packed orders are then stacked in wheeled cages so that the couriers can load them efficiently. As a result, we're usually not able to change an order once this process has begun.
