  • My shopping cart remains empty or is emptied after I login. How can I fix this?
    If your shopping cart refuses to fill up, this is caused by your web browser settings. Your browser blocks cookies, which are necessary for online shopping! If you've blocked cookies yourself to prevent pop-up ads for example, you can still whitelist https://www.123ink.ie to allow you shop on our site.


    You can easily solve this problem by changing the settings as follows:

     
    Internet Explorer:
    1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options 
    2. Click the Privacy tab 
    3. Make sure the slider in 'Settings' is no higher than "Normal".
    4. Click OK

    OR

    1. Go to the Windows Start Button and click Control Panel
    2. Select Internet Options
    3. Click the Privacy tab
    4. Make sure the slider in 'Settings' is no higher than "Normal".
    5. Click OK

     
    Firefox version 3.x for Windows:
    1. Go to Tools and click Options 
    2. Click Privacy at the top 
    3. Select "Use custom settings for history
    4. Make sure that the "Accept cookies from sites" is ticked
    5. Click OK

     
    Firefox 2.x for Windows:
    1. Go to Tools and click Options 
    2. Click Privacy at the top 
    3. Make sure that "Accept cookies from sites" is ticked
    4. Click OK

     
    Firefox for Mac:
    1. Open Firefox and click Preferences 
    2. Click Privacy

    1. Go to the Tools menu

    Chrome for Mac:
    1. Go to the menu bar for Chrome and click Preferences 
    2. Click the Advanced Options tab 
    3. In Privacy, click Content Settings 
    4. Make sure the option "Allow local data to be set" is ticked

     
    Safari
    1. Open Safari and click Preferences
    2. Click Security at the top
    3. Make sure under Accept Cookies that you select "Only from sites you navigate to"
