When I try to log in on the website it says my email or password is incorrect. What now?

First check to see if the email address is the same one you made your previous orders with. We suggest checking your inbox for past emails (such as order confirmations) from 123ink.ie or inkmaestro.ie

When logging in with your email address and password does not work, check for the following common causes:
- There may be spaces entered before or after the e-mail address or password (if you're copying and pasting either of them it sometimes adds a space before or after).
- Our system is case sensitive, so make sure your caps lock is off and that you're using upper case letters in the right places.
- If you have repeatedly asked for a new password, make sure you're using the most recent password that was emailed to you.
