Sales Manager, at one of Europe's leading online retail groups
(ft, 40.5 hours/week)

• you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales manager or similar
• you have a commercial mind-set
• you have experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• you have experience in forecasting and pipeline management
• you are skilled in management of telephone-based sales staff

• work with management to implement new processes to further team growth
• monitor team performance on a daily basis
• meet daily with the Commercial Manager
• be responsible for weekly forecasting and for completing management reports
• ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met
• be responsible onboarding new recruits
