• you have 4-5 years previous experience in eCommerce warehouse management at a manager or supervisory level,
• you have experience with warehouse management, ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel),
• you are a strong and confident communicator with people on all levels of a business,
• you are instrumental in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process improvement,
• you have the ability to manage staff productivity and performance,
• you have experience managing Health and Safety in the workplace,
• you can lead, manage, coach, develop and grow the warehouse team,
• you have knowledge of warehouse location planning.

• work cross-functionally with all teams to deliver top class standard of service,
• deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, making sure to notify management of any problems that have occurred,
• lead an effective and efficient department, ensuring all areas are adequately resourced,
• identify problems, risks in the internal and external environment and bottlenecks in work processes.
