I have returned an item, but I have not yet received confirmation. What is the status of my return?

If you have returned the product to us via An Post it may take some time to reach us. If you're returning an item via An Post in future we recommend using registered post so you can track your parcel.

If a Fastway courier collected the product from you it should arrive with us within 3 to 5 working days. All returns to us are processed as part of our general intake of goods so it may take a couple of days to fully process the return. We apologise for the inconvenience of any delay, please bear with us and we will process your return as soon as possible.
