I haven't received my order, even though Track & Trace shows it as being delivered and signed for. Now what?

All packages are shipped from our warehouse via Fastway or An Post. Signatures were required from the addressee up until March 2020 when contactless delivery was introduced due to Covid-19. In exceptional cases a package might be left with a neighbour or colleague (though it shouldn't be without the client permission).

In the event that you don't recognise the recipient's name or have not received your order please forward your tracking mail directly to your local depot asking them to explain the situation to you. If you do not receive a prompt reply please email us at info@123ink.ie and we will take it up with the courier on your behalf.
