I ordered before the advertised cut-off time but I haven't received a tracking email yet. How can this be?

I ordered before the advertised cut-off time but I haven't received a tracking email yet. How can this be?

We do our darndest to process all incoming orders right up to (and beyond) the advertised cut-off time. We're almost always successful in this regard, but occasionally we get caught short, for the following reasons;

- It's possible that an order in a very recent batch took the last of an item, and we're out of stock of one of the items that you ordered,
- If you insert a comment in your order and we process same very close to the cut-off, then actioning your comment may delay shipping until the next day.

If neither reason above applies to your order, please contact info@123ink.ie and we will get back to you right away with an update.
