Payment

  • I've received a payment reminder, but I've already paid. What should I do?
    Due to the volume of transactions (card, PayPal, EFT, cheques etc.) it usually takes us a couple of days to settle incoming payments. If the payment reminder coincides with a payment you've made in the last couple of days then please ignore this and accept our apologies. 
     
    Quite a number of bank transfer payments that we receive are difficult to trace to a particular client. If you've paid by bank transfer some time ago but  received a recent payment reminder then we'd be grateful if you could furnish the following information so we can reconcile the payment.

    - The invoice number(s) payment was made against,
    - The exact amount of your payment
    - The account number that payment was transferred to
    - The account number from which payment was made

    Alternatively please send us a digital copy of the payment (to customerservice@123ink.ie) and we will endeavour to reconcile the payment immediately.
