What happens if I am not at home when Fastway delivers my order?

Fastway couriers are contracted to deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery can happen at any time between 9am and 5pm, requests for delivery at specific times are entirely at the discretion of the driver.

If you're not home when the initial delivery arrives, the courier will leave a calling card which will often include the driver's contact details. The driver will then attempt delivery again the next day before returning the parcel to us. At this point if you wish to have your order delivered again we will have to take a second delivery charge.
