  • When I try to track my parcel on the Fastway website it says "Label does not have any scans".
    Parcel tracking on Fastway's website only works after midnight on the day you received your tracking code and invoice. Your order is first sent to a Fastway depot for processing and your tracking number will only work once this processing is completed.

    If your tracking number still does not work after midnight you can contact your local Fastway depot directly or get in touch with us at info@123ink.ie
