Gender Pay Gap Report

Ink Maestro Limited is delighted to publish its gender pay gap findings for the reporting period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, using a snapshot date of 30 June 2025.

Many factors can contribute to the existence of gender pay gaps. These include differences between men and women in career choice and occupations, education and qualifications, career progression, prevalence of fulltime and part-time working, and responsibility for caring roles.

Our findings are reviewed by management with the aim to reduce any gender pay gap if identified.

Our Company maintains a strong female representation at 40% of the workforce and women occupy 43% of management roles. Most importantly of all, we offer equal pay to our male and female employees who are performing the same roles or comparable work.
