Consumers' Association research: 9 out of 10 users satisfied with own-brand label ink

A recent survey by the Dutch Consumers' Association, involving more than 7,900 panel members, found that, of the 2,000 users of own-brand label ink, the majority are very satisfied. The research confirms that own-brand label alternatives are not only cheaper, but also offer comparable quality to original ink. In fact, our own-brand ink cartridges sold in Ireland are identical to the cartridges reviewed in the Netherlands. A smart choice!

Up to 70% savings on own-brand label

The Consumers’ Association calculated that switching to own-brand ink can save you up to 70% compared to an original cartridge. On top of that, own-brand options often contain more ink, so users don’t have to replace them as frequently*. For example: 
 

“An original HP305XL black ink cartridge contains just 4ml of ink. While the equivalent cartridge from 123inkt costs more upfront, it contains significantly more ink. The HP cartridge comes to €5 per ml, while the alternative is just €1.60 per ml.”*
