Help: Your shopping cart doesn't update

Your shopping cart doesn't update: This problem is caused by your browser's settings (honest!). Your browser is blocking so-called 'cookies' and because of this, your 'session number' (i.e. your shopping cart's unique number) cannot be 'remembered' by your own computer. To solve the problem please read the instructions relating to your specific browser type in the sections below:

Internet Explorer 5: In Internet Explorer, click 'Internet Options' in the 'Tools' menu, click the 'Security' tab, choose a lower security level for the Internet zone, and then click 'OK'.

Internet Explorer 6: You can configure your privacy settings in Internet Explorer 6 by clicking 'Internet Options' in the 'Tools' menu, and then clicking the 'Privacy' tab.

NOTE: An administrator can customize your privacy settings and remove the 'Privacy' tab from the interface in the 'Internet Options' dialogue box.

These settings replace the cookies settings on the 'Security' tab in Internet Explorer 4 and 5 (and the 'Advanced' tab in Internet Explorer 3). The Privacy settings slider has six settings: 'Block All Cookies', 'High', 'Medium High', 'Medium' (default level), 'Low', and 'Accept All Cookies'. We suggest you choose the Medium setting.

Firefox: Open the 'Edit' menu and choose 'Preferences'. Under the 'Privacy & Security' category, choose 'Cookies'. (If no sub-categories are not visible, double-click the category to expand the list). Click one of the following buttons:

'Disable cookies': Choose this to refuse all cookies.

'Enable cookies for the originating website only': Choose this if you don't want to accept or return 'foreign cookies'. Cookies received through email (when the message contains a web page) are treated as foreign cookies.

'Enable all cookies': Choose this to permit all web sites to set cookies on your computer and receive them back during subsequent visits.

Netscape: Click 'Edit' on the Toolbar, then click 'Preferences'. Click the 'Privacy and Security' category and expand the list to show the subcategories. Click 'Cookies', then click one of the following buttons:

'Disable cookies': Choose this to refuse all cookies.

'Enable cookies for the originating website only': Choose this if you don't want to accept or return 'foreign cookies'. Cookies received through email (when the message contains a web page) are treated as foreign cookies.

'Enable all cookies': Choose this to permit all web sites to set cookies on your computer and receive them back during subsequent visits.

If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select 'Warn me before accepting a cookie'.
