(ft, 40.5 hours/week)

• you have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar,
• you're eager to learn, you're ambitious and you like to use your own initiative,
• you are a solid team-player and like to work in a team with other colleagues,
• you are used to dealing with large volumes of customer calls,
• you ensure all customer emails/queries are replied to in a timely and professional manor,
• you're ready to learn about our brand and how we do things,
• you've plenty of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word),
• you have very good spoken and written English language skills,
• you have a friendly manner and work well under pressure,
• you have good communication skills and great time-keeping.
