Lifetime Printer Guarantee Terms and Conditions

123ink’s 'Lifetime Printer Guarantee' is subject to the following Terms and Conditions: Our 'Lifetime Printer Guarantee' is a clear testament to the faith we have in our 123ink own-brand products. However, it does come with the following terms and conditions:

1. Our guarantee applies to all 123ink own-brand ink, toner and label tape products.
2. It doesn’t extend to compatible products bought from other retailers or original manufacturer products (OEM).
3. The guarantee applies if an issue with your printer has been caused by 123ink own-brand product(s).
4. We may need to see photographic evidence or have an engineer provide support before we agree to replace your printer.
5. Initially, we'll offer telephone support to try and address any issues.
6. If the issues cannot be resolved, we shall collect the printer for assessment for repair or replacement.
7. If a replacement is needed, we reserve the right to issue a printer from our stock, possibly from a different manufacturer.
8. By 'lifetime', we mean as long as you continue to 123ink own-brand products in your machine.
9. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or printer issues unrelated to the use of 123ink own-brand ink, toner or label tape products, such as paper jams, broken trays, faulty displays, electrical faults or connectivity issues.
10. This guarantee is solely for the replacement of a printer and cannot be exchanged for a monetary amount.
