How does Collection work for business customers?

Placing an order for Collection is as simple as 123!

Firstly, please note that we’re located at: 123ink.ie, Unit 29/30 North Park, North Road, Dublin 11, D11 TX88.

Just follow the steps below to place your Click & Collect order.
  1. Place your order online: Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout and then select "Collect" as your delivery method.
  2. Wait for an SMS or email notification: We’ll send you a text message or email when your order is ready for pickup.
  3. Collect your order: Visit our store during our collection hours. Bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID.
Collection times are as follows:
 
SMS Notifcation Received Pickup Window
Before 12pm 12pm - 1pm (same day)
Before 3pm 3pm - 4:30pm (same day)
After 3pm Next day collection

We’d kindly ask that you do not arrive for collection until you receive an SMS or email stating that your order has been processed and is ready to be collected. If you need to delay your collection or you’re running late, we’d kindly ask that you let us know so that we can keep your order aside until that time.
