Saft LS26500 / C battery (3.6V, 7700 mAh, Li-SOCl2) (50-pack)

These LS26500 (C) batteries from Saft have a voltage of 3.6V, a capacity of 7700mAh and has a Li-SOCl2 composition. Batteries with a Li-SOCl2 (lithium thionyl chloride) composition have a very high energy density and a very low degree of self-discharge.

In addition, this type of battery can be used at extreme temperatures, up to -60°C and 85°C. Due to these characteristics, Li-SOCl2 batteries are mainly used in devices that require little energy for a long time, such as smoke detectors, alarm systems, measurement equipment and backup systems.
