Help with ordering

How to locate your product:

Firstly choose the category, (e.g. Inkjet cartridges).
Then click on the printer's brand name (e.g. Hewlett Packard).
Next choose one of the two subcategories, i.e. 'Printer model' (or 'Cartridge number' if you know which cartridge your printer uses).
Then locate the product you require, type the number of items you wish to purchase in the box beside the 'Order' button, then click that 'Order' button.
These items will be added to your shopping cart.
Repeat the above steps until you have added all items to your cart!

Can't find what you're looking for?

Fill out the 'Search product' box on the left hand side of your screen by typing the printer model, cartridge or toner number that you are looking for (please be as specific as possible). If there are too many results, try to refine your search criteria. You can type in several words (but separate each with a space please!).

Shopping cart:

When you've selected all of the products that you wish to purchase, click on the 'Order' button at the top right side of your screen. Review the contents of the cart and modify its contents if necessary with the '+', '-' or 'X' buttons. Then press the 'Click to proceed' button.

To complete your order:

If you've ordered via our webshop before then......

Please log in with your email address and password and press the 'Click to log in' button, ensure your customer data is correct and click 'Next'. Then choose a payment option. If you choose 'Realex' then fill out the various fields and click the 'Pay Now' button. Your order is completed and you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

If it's your first time to use our webshop then........

Please press the 'I am a new client' button, select whether you're a private or a commercial client, then fill out your contact details and click 'Next'. Then choose a payment option. If you choose 'Realex' then fill out the various fields and click the 'Pay Now' button. Your order has been completed and you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

To change your orderPlease double-check before submitting your order! We move fast and if your order is in stock it will be packed within minutes, after which we can't easily make changes

To cancel your orderIf you wish to cancel your order you must do so before the order has been processed. If it has been dispatched you'll have to contact us on 01 899 1641 to get a returns-authorisation, and it will be your responsibility to return the package to us in an as-sold condition.
