Ordering

How to locate your product

  1. Choose the category left (e.g. Inkjet Cartridges).
  2. Click on the printer's brand name (e.g. HP).
  3. Choose one of the two subcategories, i.e. 'Printer model' (or 'Cartridge number' if you know exactly which cartridge your printer uses).
  4. Locate the product you require, type the number of items you wish to purchase and click the 'Order' button.
  5. Repeat the above steps until you have added all items to your cart!

Can't find what you're looking for?

Fill out the 'Search product' box on the left hand side of your screen by typing the printer model, cartridge or toner number that you are looking for (please be as specific as possible). If there are too many results, try to refine your search criteria. You can type in several words (but separate each with a space!).

Shopping cart

When you've selected all of the products that you wish to purchase, click on the 'Order' button at the top right side of your screen. Review the contents of the cart and modify its contents if necessary with the '+', '-' or 'X' buttons. Then press the 'Proceed to checkout' button.

To complete your order

If you've ordered via our webshop before:
  1. Please log in with your email address and password.
  2. Ensure your customer data is correct and click 'Next'.
  3. Choose a delivery option (courier or 'collect').
  4. Choose a payment option. If you choose 'Realex' then fill out the various fields and click the 'Pay Now' button.
  5. Your order is completed and you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

If it's your first time to use our webshop then:
  1. Please press the 'New private customer' or 'New commercial customer' button.
  2. Fill out your contact details and click 'Next'.
  3. Choose a delivery option (courier or 'collect')
  4. Choose a payment option. If you choose 'Realex' then fill out the various fields and click the 'Pay Now' button.
  5. Your order has been completed and you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Trouble while ordering

  • Click here if your cart remains empty when you want to add a product.
  • Click here if your cart empties after you log in.
  • Click here if you are having trouble with the menu or if you cannot see a menu on the left at all. 
 

Changing your order

Changing an order is only possible if the warehouse hasn't already begun processing it.

With our advanced pick/pack and logistics systems we process standard orders very quickly. Packed orders are then stacked in wheeled cages so that the couriers can load them efficiently. As a result, we're usually not able to change an order once this process has begun. If you've made a mistake please contact us right away (phone 01 808 1244 during office hours or mail us on customerservice@123ink.ie after hours).
 

Canceling your order

Of course you're free to cancel an order, but it must be cancelled before we've processed it.

If you wish to cancel please advise us by phone (within working hours) as soon as possible on 01 808 1244. Outside of working hours please email customerservice@123ink.ie and we'll see it bright and early the next day.

If the order has already been processed at our end, please request a returns number after you've received the package. Return shipping charges in this case are at your own expense.
 

Picking up your order

If you need an item urgently then place your order online and choose the "I'll collect later" option.

  • We'll email you promptly to let you know when your order can be collected (please wait to hear from us before coming to collect.
  • Please bring photo I.D. when collecting your order.
